Upon acceptance to the school, the following forms are required to be on file for each student:
Release of Student Records
Internet Contract
This form is to be completed for NEW students only.
All other students should have this information on file in the school office.
Please read the Acceptable Use of Telecommunications Guidelines
before signing the Internet Contract.
