General Overview
Site Framework
• Page Categories - Sites are broken up into sections, or logical groupings of pages.
• Page Overview - A page is broken up into smaller, more manageable areas which typically include navigation and content. Each area can then be defined by whether it only appears on that specific page, pages across the site or pages within it's section. An area can exist across multiple pages, and changes to it will be reflected on every page where it exists.
• Page Styles - A page style or template dictates the layout of a given page. A site usually consists of two to three styles that can be selected when a new page is created.
Site Management
• Content Administration - Content and navigation are edited using a wysiwyg editor. The content management portion of the site is unique as the editor is brought up by clicking the portion of the page you want changed and not through an administration page.
• Data Collection - Data can be collected by using our web form generation to generate web forms. Once collected this data can be viewed, editted, emailed, or exported into an excel spreadsheet.
• User Administration - Users can register into the system using a customizable web form (additional data can be stored about a user). Once registered the system can automatically give the user a right to access certain pages or can undergo an approval process to be given the right.
• Security - Pages and links can be assigned rights that users will be required to have if they wish to access them.

Q : Mailing List of Mailing List In order to do a mailing list of a mailing list you should be able to create a master mailing list that is a subscriber of the children mailing lists. When you post a message to the master mailing list it sends that message to it's children which is then sent to the appropriate people.
P : Using the Advantalink System for MOG If desired, we can either migrate the entire MOG website into our system or we can create the specific webpages that MOG desires. These webpages can be linked to from the current website and will enhance it's functionality.
P : Tracking Parent Hours Tracking parent hours can be done by creating a user registration system and a web form that collects hours. A parent would create an account by registering with the system, and then would be allowed to submit hours. The parent would be given a summary of everything he/she has entered into the system. The hour submission would then be sent to MOG, or an individual from MOG would be able to log into the system and see a report of everything entered. This data could also be modified and exported.
P : Teacher Pages Teacher accounts can be created so that a teacher can modify or add pages to his/her section on the site.
